Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Camp Wildflower Roots merch! Standard items (such as unwashed, unworn t-shirts, hats, and undamaged stickers) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery or camp pick-up.
Items must be in their original, unused condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, personalized/custom items, and clearance merchandise cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, send an email to info@campwildflowerroots.org with your order number and details about the item you'd like to return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders for t-shirts, stickers, and other merch are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
